Balanced Stay Experience
good food great facilities sound insulation feces smell
The staff provided friendly service , and the food quality was notably good. The hotel facilities were great. The room was very nice , too.
The room had sound insulation issues , so I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. I also noticed a smell of feces near the lobby bar , which was unpleasant.

I participated in activities from the entertainment team. Baba and Kano were great by the pool. The hotel provided excellent wedding services. My wife and I appreciated the restaurant and the kind, helpful reception staff.
The room decor felt slightly dated.

Breakfast offered a large variety of fresh fruits , pastries , and hot dishes , ensuring a satisfying start to the day , I found that the chefs were accommodating to special requests. The restaurant staff maintained a clean and cute environment.

A balanced experience at the Resort
exciting day animation team fun activity poor communication limited information no response
The animation team had a lot of energy. There were different activities throughout the day, from sports to games. Something fun was always happening around the pool or on the beach. I thank Izzy and Naza. They brought positivity.
Communication from the reception team was poor. I received a paper listing bar and restaurant opening hours at check-in. There was no information about check-out procedures or how to use the safe. I emailed the hotel four weeks before arrival asking about an upgrade, but I got no response.
