I participated in activities from the entertainment team. Baba and Kano were great by the pool. The hotel provided excellent wedding services. My wife and I appreciated the restaurant and the kind, helpful reception staff.

The animation team had a lot of energy. There were different activities throughout the day, from sports to games. Something fun was always happening around the pool or on the beach. I thank Izzy and Naza. They brought positivity.
Communication from the reception team was poor. I received a paper listing bar and restaurant opening hours at check-in. There was no information about check-out procedures or how to use the safe. I emailed the hotel four weeks before arrival asking about an upgrade, but I got no response.
